         We are pleased to present a new and exciting series of wine touring options combining the major wine regions of Australia including a variety of uniquely Australian tourism opportunities.   All touring is provided in private recent model sedans or minicoaches with tour host/drivers, providing a relaxed and personalized service.

        We recognize that the discerning traveler often wants to see more than wine regions - we deliver this by including other Australian highlights such as rainforests, flora, fauna, culture as well as time for relaxation and much more.   A variety of accommodation is available, catering to many tastes - in major cities and regional areas, from five star luxury hotels to unique and interesting bed and breakfast properties.

        All tour host/drivers are professional chauffeurs and tour guides selected especially for this program.   Each tour host/driver is keen to share their knowledge of the wine regions and other areas being visited.   Flexibility is a strong point and, while we offer confirmed itineraries, changes may be discussed at any time with your host while on tour.  The modules shown are simply suggestions and, should you wish to customize to your own requirements, we are very happy to do so.   

        Accommodation:  we have a variety of accommodation to suit your needs and budget ranging from moderate to deluxe in major cities, using guest houses, lodges and B&Bs in country areas.

 

New South Wales

Hunter Valley & Sydney 2 nights/3 days
 Day 1   Personalized meet & greet and private transfer to hotel on arrival in Sydney. Sydney Harbour Dinner Cruise on board a luxury catamaran (transfers not included due proximity to wharf). Overnight: Sydney.
 Day 2   Full day of wine touring in the Hunter Valley, including cellar-door tastings. Local produce platter and wine tasting at McWilliams Mt. Pleasant Estate. Dinner at Roberts Restaurant or Chez Pok. Overnight: Hunter Valley.
Day 3   Tour concludes on arrival in Sydney midday; private transfer to airport, or you may extend in Sydney or the Hunter Valley.

Hunter Valley, Eaglereach and Sydney  3 nights/4 days - Wine & Wilderness
 Day 1   Personalized Meet & Greet and private transfer to hotel, on arrival in Sydney. Sydney Harbour Dinner Cruise on board a luxury catamaran. (Transfers not included due proximity to wharf.) Overnight: Sydney
Day 2   Full day of wine touring in the Hunter Valley including cellar door tastings. Lunch at Rothbury Estate or McWilliams Estate. Three-course dinner at Eaglereach Wilderness Resort. Overnight: Eaglereach Wilderness Resort, including continental breakfast, 2 nights
Day 3   Full day in Eaglereach with optional activities available. Enjoy this uniquely Australian nature-based resort with more than four square kilometres of natural bushland and an amazing variety of flora and fauna at your leisure. Optional activities include horse riding, swimming, discovery buggies, mountain bike riding, volleyball, tennis, escorted walking tours, massage and pampering, rainforest and bushland walks, yabbying, and fishing.
Day 4   Transfer to Sydney, concluding midday on arrival in Sydney. Private transfer to airport.

Mudgee, Blue Mountains & Sydney 3 nights/4 days - Wines & Nature
Day 1   Personalized meet & greet and private transfer to hotel on arrival in Sydney. Sydney Harbour Dinner Cruise on board a luxury catamaran (transfers not included due proximity to wharf). Overnight: Sydney.
Day 2   Full day of wine touring in Mudgee, including cellar door tastings. Lunch at Poets Corner Wines located within the historic Craigmoor cellars. Dinner in Grapevine Restaurant. Degustation menu with wine matching. 
Overnight: Mudgee, including full breakfast.
Day 3   Full day of touring Mudgee to Blue Mountains. Overnight: Blue Mountains.
Day 4   Touring of Blue Mountains including visit to Hartley Historic Village and Jenolan Caves. Tour concludes mid afternoon on arrival in Sydney. Private transfer to airport.
Victoria

Yarra Valley & Melbourne 2 nights/3 days
 Day 1   Personalized meet & greet and private transfer to hotel on arrival Melbourne. Dinner on Colonial Tramcar Restaurant, including return transfers. Overnight: Melbourne, 2 nights
 Day 2   Full day of wine touring in the Yarra Valley including cellar-door tastings. Lunch at De Bortoli.  Or visit Healesville Sanctuary in the morning, with wine tasting in the afternoon.
Day 3   Private transfer to airport.

Yarra Valley, Dandenong Ranges 3 nights/4 days - Wine & Forest
Day 1   Personalized meet & greet and private transfer to hotel on arrival in Melbourne. Dinner on Colonial Tramcar Restaurant, including return transfers. Overnight: Melbourne.
Day 2   Full day of wine touring in Yarra Valley including cellar door tastings. Lunch at De Bortoli. Overnight: Dandenong Ranges, including breakfast.
Day 3   Morning journey on Puffing Billy (Belgrave-Emerald/Lakepark). Afternoon touring of the Dandenongs.  Overnight: Melbourne.
Day 4   Private transfer to airport.

Mornington Peninsula & Melbourne 2 nights/3 days
 Day 1   Personalized meet & greet and private transfer to hotel on arrival in Melbourne. Dinner on Colonial Tramcar Restaurant, including return transfers. Overnight: Melbourne.
 Day 2   Full day of wine touring in Mornington Peninsula including cellar door tastings. Lunch at Red Hill Estate (two courses with glass of wine). Overnight: Mornington Peninsula.
Day 3   Morning tour of Mornington Peninsula or golf option. Tour concludes in Melbourne, mid afternoon. 
Private transfer to airport.

Macedon Ranges and Melbourne 2 nights/3 days - Wine & Spa Country
 Day 1   Personalized meet & greet and private transfer to hotel on arrival in Melbourne. Dinner on Colonial Tramcar Restaurant, including return transfers. Overnight: Melbourne.
 Day 2   Full day of wine touring in the Macedon Ranges including cellar-door tastings. Lunch at Mount Aitken Estate. Overnight: Lake House with dinner.
Day 3   Half-day spa package, including relaxation pool & spa, 45-minute massage, aerospace bath, facial and 30 minute float OR half-day tour of Ballarat/Sovereign Hill, with light picnic lunch hamper. Tour concludes late afternoon on arrival in Melbourne. Private transfer to airport.

South Australia

Barossa Valley & Adelaide 2 nights/3 days
Day 1   Personalized meet & greet and private transfer to hotel on arrival in Adelaide. Dinner at Red Ochre Restaurant (three-course with wine matching), including private transfers. Overnight: Adelaide.
Day 2   Full day of wine touring in Barossa Valley including cellar-door tastings. Two-course lunch at Seasons of the Valley Café & Gallery. Overnight: Barossa Valley including dinner and cooked breakfast.
Day 3   Transfer to Adelaide via the Adelaide Plains.

Optional Extension Package: Clare Valley (1 night)
 Extend your stay by a further night and venture into the Clare Valley, arguably the Riesling capital of Australia. Full day of wine touring with cellar door tastings in the Clare Valley. Two-course lunch at Skillogalee. Full cooked breakfast.

McLaren Vale & Fleurieu Peninsula 3 Nights/4 days - Wine, Coast & Beach
 Day 1   Personalized meet & greet and private transfer to hotel, on arrival in Adelaide. Dinner at Red Ochre Restaurant (three-course with wine matching) with transfers. Overnight: Adelaide.
Day 2   Full day of wine touring in McLaren Vale including cellar-door wine tastings. Lunch at Marienberg Wines including private wine tasting (two courses with glass of wine). Overnight: McLaren Vale including full breakfast.
Day 3   Morning tour of Victor Harbor and [choose one] Urrimbirra Wildlife Park or seaside townships of Port Elliot/Middleton/Goolwa. View the southern beaches on return to Adelaide. Overnight: Adelaide.
Day 4   Private transfer to airport.

The Coonawarra & Mt Gambier 4 nights/5 days - Wine, Caves & Lakes
Day 1   Personalized meet & greet and private transfer to hotel, on arrival in Adelaide. Dinner at Red Ochre Restaurant (three courses with wine matching), including private transfers. Overnight: Adelaide.
 Day 2   Private transfer to Adelaide airport. Morning flight to Mt. Gambier (one class service only) including personalized meet & greet on arrival.  Transportation in the Coonawarra is provided by our local tour service in recent model mini-van. Transfer to Sweet Grape Gourmet Café for lunch. Afternoon of wine touring in the Coonawarra, including cellar-door tasting. Dinner at Cobb & Co Restaurant. Overnight: Cobb & Co Cottages Penola, with breakfast provisions, 2 nights
Day 3   Morning wine tasting at Padthaway Estate and Stonehaven (BRL Hardy) wineries. Visit Naracourte Caves. Lunch at leisure and own expense. Explore the Wonambi Fossil Centre and visit the Victoria Fossil Cave. Rest of afternoon wine tasting.
Day 4   Morning tour of Penola. Winery visits including cellar-door tastings. Lunch at Chardonnay Lodge. Afternoon tour of Mt. Gambier including Blue Lakes. Transfer to Mt. Gambier airport. Flight to Adelaide including meet & greet and transfer on arrival in Adelaide. Overnight: Adelaide.
Day 5   Private transfer to Adelaide airport.

Adelaide Hills & Adelaide 2 nights/3 days
 Day 1   Personalized meet & greet and private transfer to hotel on arrival in Adelaide. Dinner at Red Ochre Restaurant (three-course with wine matching), including private transfers. Overnight: Adelaide, 2 nights

Margaret River, Pemberton and Perth 3 nights/4 days
 Day 1   Personalized meet & greet and private transfer to hotel on arrival in Perth. Dinner at Fraser=s Restaurant with exclusive views of Perth and Swan River, including return transfers. Overnight: Perth.
Day 2   Full day of touring to Margaret River via the coastal plains, including cellar-door wine tastings. Lunch at Cullen Wines. Overnight including dinner and breakfast: Margaret River, 2 nights
Day 3   Full day in Margaret River including winery visits and visit to Jewell Cave. Three-course lunch at Flutes Café at Brookland Valley Vineyard including complimentary wine tasting at table.
Day 4   Early morning departure for Pemberton wine region including winery visits and lunch at Gloucester Ridge. Transfer to Perth with tour concluding late afternoon on arrival in Perth. Private transfer to airport.

Optional Great Southern extension package:  
Extend your stay by two nights and journey into one of Australia's newest wine regions to enjoy wine tasting at boutique-sized wineries and experience spectacular coastal mountain scenery.  Tour from Pemberton to Denmark including stop at Gloucester Tree. Full day of touring in the Great Southern wine region with cellar door tastings, lunch at Matilda's Meadow (closed Tuesdays, alternative available), and stop at Valley of the Giants for the Tree Top Walk. Two nights' accommodation at Chimes at Karri Mia with full cooked breakfasts. Lunch stop on final day at Mt Barker is at leisure and own expense.   
NB: Chimes at Karri Mia, a boutique country guesthouse situated in Karri Mia Resort, offers the discerning visitor an indulgent stay. For a fine dining experience, the Observatory restaurant is only 100 yards away and offers spectacular views of the Southern Ocean. Also, the township of Denmark is 2 miles away.
 

Tasmania

 Pipers River, Tamar Valley and Launceston 2 nights/3 days
Day 1  Personalized meet & greet and private transfer to hotel on arrival in Launceston. Dinner at Fee & Mee Restaurant (degustation menu)*, including return transfers. Overnight: Launceston, 2 nights.
 Day 2   Full day of wine touring in Pipers River and the Tamar Valley including cellar-door tastings. Lunch at Strathlynn Wine Centre.
Day 3   Private transfer to airport.
