TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DEPOSIT: Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a $500 per person Check Deposit which will be applied to Land Arrangements.
FINAL PAYMENT: Balance due 45 days prior to departure. Air Arrangements can be billed to a credit card. Balance of Land Arrangements may be paid with a major credit card or check.
CANCELLATION: A non-refundable Administration Fee of $300 per person for cancellations received up to 30 days prior to departure; thereafter, the fee is $500 per person plus any Supplier Fees incurred.
LATE BOOKING FEE: Bookings received less than 60 days prior to departure are subject to a Late Booking Fee of $100 to cover communications, additional expenses, and personal express service that are required.
PRICES: Rates quoted will be valid at time of quoting, but are subject to change based on major currency exchange fluctuations. Only Final Payment guarantees the rate quoted at final confirmation of all components.
